MusicMotivated.com was established in 2012. The idea for building this website came when I wanted to learn how to play the guitar. I learned music theory at Ex’Pression College and began creating visual diagrams to help me memorize scales on a fretboard. Then I realized that at the time there weren’t many websites with useful diagrams. That’s when I thought it would be a good idea to build a website to host simple diagrams that map out the notes on different musical instruments. Many years later this site provides the most complete set of diagrams for 10 different instruments.
MusicMotivated.com is intended to teach musicians an easy way to become a multi-instrumentalist. After taking our simple music theory lessons you’ll be able to understand the scale and chord diagrams I’ve created so you can begin to master your instrument. This is a great way to learn how to play because it allows you to develop your own style rather than learning how to play popular songs that everyone else is learning.
MusicMotivated.app is a web application that takes mastering your instrument to the next level. Simply select your instrument then select a scale and all the chords will be provided for that scale on your particular instrument.
